So, this is an interesting set of winners. Lady Bird continues its dominance, but it’s too early to tell if the film will be a legitimate contender to win Best Picture. Tiffany Haddish is the most unusual winner, but I don’t think she will repeat at the Oscars. All the other winners are at least in the conversation.
So, tomorrow is the Critics Choice nominations. Once they are announced, awards season officially kicks off. So, I decided to throw together some predictions. They were a little tricky to put together, mainly because it’s hard to know what films will qualify.
