Okay, this is huge. Alejandro G. Inarritu won the top DGA Award for Birdman. The DGA has an 87% accuracy rate. This strongly puts the race in Birdman‘s favor. Right now we just need BAFTA to confirm it.

Also, Citizenfour won in Documentary. I think we can all agree this doesn’t really mean much.
