I’m starting to think he’s the frontrunner to win, but how will this win hold up over time?

BEST SUPORTING ACTRESS: Alicia Vikander – The Danish Girl

This seems to have become the most wide-open of the acting categories. How much you want to bet that Leigh wins BAFTA and Mara wins SAG.

BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY: Spotlight

The script to Spotlight: A really good screnplay. The script to Inside Out: Genius.

BEST ADAPTED SCREENPLAY: The Big Short

Dang it, looks like Room‘s not gonna win this one.

Bit of a surprise, but good for her.

One of the few big surprises, not that it really means anything.

BEST FOREIGN LANGUAGE FILM: Son Of Saul
