2017 Oscar Predictions: July Update

So, I hardly made any changes this month. I think I made seven changes in total. Next month should be more eventful, as by then, we’ll know exactly where Dunkirk stands in this race.

No change, This is going to be a really tight year. I know that Dunkirk seems like an odd choice for a Best Picture winner, but none of the other ones really seem to fit. We’ll know soon enough whether or not Dunkirk is a serious contender.

  1. Just realized I completely forgot to add Day Lewis for Phantom Thread. I don’t know how I forgot that, but I make it a rule not to go back and update prediction articles once they’ve been uploaded. You’ll see him next month.
